Top Quality Equipment and Full In-House Prepress. Unlike many of our competitors, we maintain a state-of-the-art digital production facility right on the premises. The result? We carefully control every step of the printing process, from drum scanning to proofing to press, to obtain top quality results. Fast Turnaround: Within 24 hours of receiving your job, it's logged into our electronic tracking system. Throughout the course of your job, Paper Chase staff will be able to update you on its exact status. Also within the first 24 hours, we perform a comprehensive pre-flight of the job. All aspects of electronic data and art are reviewed by our highly trained production staff, and if any issues arise during this process you will be contacted immediately so that we can keep your job on schedule. Completely Computer-to-Plate: Once your proof is approved, we image plates -- at up to 300 lines per inch -- using our state of the art Creo digital platesetter. We schedule a press date (press checks are welcome) and your job is printed on one of our spotlessly maintained presses. |

 | Environmental Responsibility:
At PaperChase, we take the environment seriously. Over the years we have constantly strived to make our plant as eco-friendly as possible. We were one of the first companies in Southern California to eliminate film from our workflow and the heavy metals that go with it, and we are currently upgrading to a new system which is even more energy efficient and uses less chemistry. Our pressroom uses soy-based inks, and all of our solvents and coatings comply with California's strict materials laws. Also, we are very serious about recycling, and we recycle all of our scrap paper and used plates. |
